By scheduling or utilizing the residential and commercial cleaning services provided by CleanNest Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book or use our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CleanNest Pro.
2. Service Scope & Pricing
CleanNest Pro provides professional cleaning services within Portland, OR, and the surrounding areas. All service quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the property details you supply.
We reserve the right to adjust the final pricing if the property's condition requires significantly more time or specialized effort than originally discussed. Any changes to the estimated price will be communicated to you prior to the completion of the work.
3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate your schedule, but we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to compensate our cleaning professionals for their reserved time.
If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled service time (e.g., lockouts, incorrect alarm codes), the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and standard fees will apply.
4. Liability and Damages
Our professionals are trained to handle your property and belongings with the utmost care. However, accidents can occasionally happen. If any item is damaged during our service, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
CleanNest Pro is fully insured. We will work diligently to resolve any proven claims. Please note that we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installation of fixtures, or items of extraordinary value that have not been securely stored away prior to our arrival.
